A New Year

Well, we survived another year. New Years Eve was a lot of fun. We met with Will and Michelle (The Denton's) and the kids at Town and Country Bowling for a few games. The kids had fun, Evan bowled better than me one game. After that we headed to the Denton's for an evening of fun. Had dinner, then we played the Wii, which made me and Tom very sore. We also played Guaitar Hero on the PS2, so much that my elbow hurts. It's really sad that video games can do that to us. Or maybe the sad part is that we are that much out of shape. Maybe next year will motivate me to exercise more. UMMMM!!! So we left last night from the Dentons around 1:20am or so. Our 9min drive took 30mins in the snow storm. We past a group of teenage kids in the ditch on the other side of a guard rail facing in the opposite direction they were headed. Thankfully they were all fine and the car looked fine, they manage to escape hitting the rail. I stopped and asked if they wanted to sit in the van to get warm. Help was on the way I guess, so we headed home.
So,our next year will, I hope, consist of building a room downstairs for Lis'. She is wanting her own room back, I think she deserves it. Her things and Syds are not fitting together all too well.
