Scrap-weekend

This past weekend I headed to Boyne with Sarah, Kathy and Chris for a little (I mean little) scrap booking. I did managed to get at least four pages done, but we had much more fun looking at all of the trees different Fall colors in and around Boyne and Petosky.
We found this cute little road a few blocks off the water, it was really bright with yellows and orange. Up the road was this other road that was just as pretty so I decided that I would drive down it and see the rest of it. Oops, as I turned and drove a few feet I realized that the sign I had just glanced at read BIKE ROUTE, so of course I had to back up, but I was willing to drive as far as the path would allow, no one in the van thought that was a good idea. When we weren't driving looking at colors, eating or shopping I was dreaming about how nice it would be to lounge in these comfy looking chairs on the deck with the sun beating down on me. Unfortunately, the rain was and had been beating down instead making it a lot wet on the deck and outside.
Maybe that is why I only got just 4 pages done, I mean look at the table all covered with wet leaves who can work in such an environment.
Cute store and building in Petosky...
Overall our weekend was very relaxing and pleasant, we also sat around chit chatting and laughing about our choice of topics that we were discussing. We defiantly created a lot of inside jokes that will last a life time. Thanks gals for allowing me to run a red light and nay at the horse..
