So, I'm officially a full time working Mom, everyday but Mondays so far. It's going pretty good, although I have messed and missed somethings up since starting work. Like forgot to tell Elissa who was picking her up after swim, but I did have someone and that is the important part. Forgetting each week to call the sitter (Kathy) and let her know next weeks schedule, I will get better I promise. Remembering all the school activities and events and then sharing with the rest of the family. I'm sure all these things will start to come together as time goes on and with a little help from my family and friends. Couldn't be anymore thankful for my family and friends either! Thanks!
Somethings I have learned at work:
- Most Two year olds want nothing to do with getting their pictures taken.
- Some people spend more money on a pair of shoes then pictures of their children.
- People's ideas of good pictures are not the same as my idea of a good picture.
- There are a lot of people in this world that believe they are the only ones that matter and don't think about those around them.
- And growing up is tough work.
- Wearing a stuffed frog on your head is the funniest thing ever. :) and grown ups think so to.
- Plus my fart noises are super funny!!
