Not doing much still, things are just moving along one day at a time. As you may have notice I've been keeping track of my weight loss, I try to make it to the gym everyday, so far that's going good. I hope that I can continue to remember how great I feel after a work out, the energy is spectacular. Drink more water, get a little exercise in and you too will feel great..:)
